On 7 June 2018 and following a tradition since the start of the project, Deputy German Ambassador Elizabeth Franz visited the project office. She learnt first-hand about achievement, current activities, problem-solving and outlook. Ms Franz shared her three years experience of promoting investment in human capital. An intensive exchange of perceptions emerged on opportunities for studying abroad. Asked about her vision about Ashgabat in 20 years, Ms Franz expressed her confidence that people will have more possibilities to make choices how what and where to learn.
